2. general information on data processing

No cookies are set on this website and no tracking or statistical services (such as Google Analytics, Matomo or similar) are used. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary to provide the website or to communicate with you.

Personal data is always processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

3. access data / server log files

When the website is accessed, so-called log files are automatically saved by the web server. These contain, among other things

  • Browser type and browser version

  • Operating system used

  • referrer URL

  • Time of the server request

  • IP address (in abbreviated form, so that no personal reference is possible)

This data is collected exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation of the website and to ensure IT security and is not evaluated on a personal basis.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and functional operation).

4. contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message text) will only be used to process your request.
This data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

5. integration of YouTube videos

Videos from the YouTube platform are integrated on this website. The provider is
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
(a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

The integration takes place in the so-called "extended data protection mode", in which, according to YouTube, no cookies are initially stored on your end device as long as you do not play the video.
A connection to the YouTube servers is only established when you start a video. This tells the YouTube server which page you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account at the same time, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

By playing a video, YouTube or Google receives information about your usage behavior, which may be processed in the USA.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation of our online offer).
If you expressly consent to this when loading or playing the video (e.g. by clicking on a banner or button), the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Further information on data processing by YouTube can be found in Google's privacy policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de

6. duration of storage

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as there are statutory retention obligations.
Server log files are generally deleted after seven days at the latest, unless there is a security-related need to store them for longer.

7. transfer of data to third parties

Personal data will only be transferred to third parties if:

  • you have expressly consented to this (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),

  • the transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), or

  • there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).
